| The basic premise of the course is to help participants understand the basic concepts of statistics and statistical process control. The course provides a basic understanding of continuous and discrete distributions and how these relate to building a complete statistical control system of a process or function (like a service function). The course will cover fundamental statistics (confidence intervals, hypothesis testing) as they apply to building process control systems.
